At this time we only offer shipping within Canada. (Psst – It's FREE!). PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a Canada Post Strike we will ship via an alternate carrier ie: UPS or FedEX. If you have a PO box alternate carriers do not allow us to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternative shipping address when ordering.

If you receive a box that is damaged or if any products are damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your box at hello@thegiftrefinery.ca. Please attach a photo of the damaged box or product with your e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please notify us if there is any issue with the delivery of your package and we will work with Canada Post to find a solution. For clarification, packages marked delivered by Canada Post will be deemed to be delivered.
